Public Sector Reforms

Public Service Reform Management Unit is mandated to coordinate the development, implementation and monitoring of all reforms including resource mobilization and management for all reform activities that cut across the public sector.

 Functions: In order to achieve its purpose the Unit carries out the following functions:

  1. Facilitate, initiate and coordinate the implementation of reform in all ministries;
  2. Provide technical advice, support and direction in the MDAs as and when necessary on Public Sector Reforms;
  3. Mobilize technical and financial support for the implementation of reforms in MDAs;
  4. Propagate information to the general public and the Public Sector on all aspects of Public Sector Reforms.
